The ancient Egyptians called universal life energy "Ki" because it could only be observed in the physical universe by what it is not, which they knew as "ik" - in other words a complex illusion created by our minds...
When Ki is flowing freely through the body, our consciousness expands. Thus we are enabled to make decisions intuitively, tapping into the cosmic library to make faster and better informed choices; we can see into the karmic energy of past lives (both our own and others) thereby resolving patterns that may be occurring in this life; we see the deeper meaning and synchronicity of all events taking place on the world stage.
At advanced levels we can experience telepathy reading thoughts and feelings and we become the centre of streaming synchronicity (because we are at one with the divine plan).
As we let go internally of efforting and struggle, we discover the most amount of Ki can be released and become available to our creative processes.
The Life force energy, Aura and Chakras
We are alive
because life force is flowing through us. Life force flows within the physical
body through path ways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around
us in a field of energy called the aura. Life force nourishes the organs and
cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions. When the flow of
life force is disrupted, it causes diminished function in one or
more
of the organs and tissues of the physical body.Closely linked to these
charkas (energy centers) are the endocrine glands, a non-ductular gland
which produces hormones, these hormones produce harmony in our body.
These charkas responds to asanas, mantras, yantras and gandhas which creates
positive vibration in our energy centers and due to this reason, we feel good
and relaxed after visiting a worship place, after doing a meditation, after
performing yoga, laughing exercise or even after performing hymns
(bhajan).
